‘Thrombolytics considered’ does not count.
‘Patient symptoms are completely resolved’ is like stating ‘Rapid Improvement’, and neither of those statements are acceptable contraindications.
‘Non-disabling’ is the phrase that must be used.
DO NOT USE THE PHRASES “Rapid improvement”, “Low NIHSS”, or “Symptoms resolved” unless linked to an accepted contraindication.
